Long before receiving the IoD Director of the Year Award, my journey was shaped by adversity, failure, and persistence. Success did not arrive overnight, nor was it built on talent alone. It was forged through grit, resilience, and the willingness to keep moving forward when progress felt impossible.

In 2018, I decided to document that journey.
